We are only able to bill directly to Vision Service Plan (VSP)/MetLife and United Healthcare Vision/Spectera insurance. We are not able to bill any other insurances. Please let us know if you have one of these insurances so that we may obtain authorization before your visit.
For all other insurances, we will provide you with an itemized medical receipt that you can send to your insurance for reimbursement. Many insurances (medical and vision) will reimburse for the eye examination. Each insurance plan is different, so it will be necessary for you to inquire with your insurance provider to find out what is covered by your plan.
