Examination dESCRIPTIONS
- Eye Examination- Glasses Only: Comprehensive eye examination with complete eye health evaluation, prescription for glasses, and Optos retinal imaging and/or eye dilation.
- Eye Examination- Contact Lens: Comprehensive eye examination with complete eye health evaluation, Optos retinal imaging and/or eye dilation, diagnostic trial lenses, and prescription for both glasses and contact lenses.
- Follow-Up: There are no additional fees for prescription follow-up appointments within 90 days of the original examination date. After 90 days, a new examination will be required.
NOTE: If you are a first-time contact lens wearer you must schedule the
'Contact Lens Exam- New wearer' appointment. This appointment also includes contact lens insertion and removal training.
